Becoming a member of S.I.GLA. allows free admission to the congress and will allow you to connect in the future to a reserved area of the website to download documents, videos, etc.

 

If you are interested in becoming a member, read the Statute and the Internal Rules and download the Registration Form and send it to:

The sending of the registration form must be accompanied by:

• Ordinary Member: 1. signed curriculum vitae, 2. letter of presentation from a Founding Member
• Corresponding Member - Specializing Doctor in Ophthalmology: 1. same documentation as above, 2. certification attesting the attendance at the School of Specialization in Ophthalmology
• Corresponding Member - Orthoptist - Ophthalmology assistant: 1. signed curriculum vitae

Acceptance or refusal of the registration will be communicated after the next meeting of the Governing Board.
In case of acceptance, the membership fee must be deposited by bank transfer to the following bank account:
IBAN IT 55 M 07072 36850 038000126533 (insert the reference year in the reason for payment)

Renewing the registration to S.I.GLA (not only to the single congress!): the payment of the membership fee can be made by the date of the annual national congress, or by bank transfer to the bank account indicated above (insert the reference year in the reason for payment) or otherwise on arrival at the congress.
